Helpful Hint for properly sizing a cremation urn

Industry standard for properly sizing your urn is based on your pet's weight. One pound of weight equals approximately one cubic inch after cremation. For example, if your pet weighed 35 pounds select an urn that is at least 35 cubic inches. We have many different sizes to select from. We can also custom make urns for large animals such as horses. Send us an email to inquire about urns for larger animals.

How the ordering process works:

• Select the available options
  
• Enter your pet's information in the order form
  
• Complete the check-out process, and then you will be directed to the photo upload page where you can attach your pet's photo for engraving.
  

Once we receive your completed order, we will contact you via email with a layout proof for your approval before we engrave your urn.  Once you view the proof,  you may request changes to the design and layout if you don't like what you see.  Only after we have your final approval will your item be engraved.

Once completed, your cremation urn will be properly packaged and then shipped via UPS ground (or next day air service for an additional cost).  You will receive an email notification from UPS with the tracking information when your cremation urn ships.  Normal time before an urn ships is approximately 5-7 business days after placement of order.
