How the ordering process works:
Your headstone will be properly packaged and then shipped via UPS ground. You will receive an email notification from UPS with the tracking information when your headstone ships. Normal delivery is 7-10 business days after placement of order.
Hardcopy Photos
You can send us a hardcopy photograph of your pet if you don't have a high quality digital photo that you can email.
Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, and order number (from the check-out process) when sending your photograph. We will need this information to match your photograph with your order. Your photograph will not be harmed during the scanning process and your photo will be returned with your order. Our maximum scanning size is 8.5" x 11".

Pet Headstone includes the following:
- 2" thick Absolute Black granite that is polished on the face and sides
- Laser Engraving for your pet's name, dates, & an epitaph
- 12 engraving fonts to select from (selected after check-out)
- Your choice of a standard epitaph or you may write your own (selected after check-out)
- Laser Engraving of your pet's photograph (upload after check-out)
- Photo optimization - we will properly adjust your pet's photo for the laser engraving process to achieve the best possible results
- We will email you a proof layout before we engrave your headstone
- Eight headstone layout styles to select from
How the ordering process works:
- Add the item to your shopping cart and select the available options.
- Complete the necessary order form(s) during check-out
- The order form(s) is where you will enter your pet's information, such as name and dates, to be engraved on the headstone.
- You can select from 12 different fonts on the order form to further personalize your pet's headstone.
- After completing the order form(s) you will be directed to a photo upload page where you can attach a photograph of your pet for engraving onto the headstone. See the section Photograph Guidelines below for more details.
- If you don't have a high quality digital photo of your pet, you can send us a hard copy photograph. See the section Hard copy Photos listed below for detailed instructions.
- The information form will also have a section to allow you to select a layout style for your pet's headstone.

Photograph Guidelines
Tips for submitting a photograph:
- Please supply us with the best quality photo that you have of your pet. The better the photo that you supply to us the better the job we can do.
- We cannot fix out of focus and blurred photos. Some adjustments can be made within our software to adjust for brightness and contrast.
- For digital photos we prefer GIF, TIF, BMP file formats. We will work with JPG file formats but some photo clarity is lost with this file format.
- The image should be saved with the highest resolution possible without the file size exceeding 3.5Mb. Larger files can be emailed to: tom@laserengraving4u.com
- Please don't compress the image before sending to us, in most cases this will cause a loss of photo clarity and it cannot be recovered once the file compression occurs.
